This user journey is the result of my interviews with dating App users. I chose to deep dive into the dating Apps industry as they are also in the business of finding people companions, and they are a data-driven/Machine Learning heavy industry.
The results are condensed here for the sake of readability. Steps include managing their profiles, checking for matches, scheduling dates, answering chats, and many other interactions. Most users I've interviewed reported dating Apps using to be a very resource intensive activity.
